Cancellation Policy
We enforce a strict 78-hour cancellation policy.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your booking without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that service time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our services are confirmed from 7 days to 48 hours in advance because it is easy to forget a booking made months ago.
- Cancellations made with less than 78 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 40% of the quoted services.
- All multiple services and last-minute bookings must be secured with a credit card. A credit card hold may be placed to reserve the booking time.
This cancellation policy allows us to inform standby guests of any availability and maintain our team’s schedule, thus better serving everyone. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on our services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, please notify our team within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please email us your dispute at support@manothevents.com , and we will assist you accordingly. We will make every effort to make adjustments to your satisfaction.
