Terms and Policies
  1. Introduction
    By accessing, booking, contracting, or engaging any services from Manoth Entertainment, you agree to the terms and policies outlined here. These terms govern all dealings between Manoth Entertainment, its clients, performers, subcontractors, partner venues, wedding planners, VIP service providers, agencies, and suppliers. These terms apply to all bookings, shows, performances, entertainment solutions, creative services, invoices, and agreements.

  2. Definitions
    Company refers to Manoth Entertainment.
    Client refers to any individual or corporate entity booking services from the Company.
    VIP Client refers to high-profile, premium, private, or confidential clientele hosted or represented by the Client or Venue.
    Hotel or Venue Client refers to hospitality establishments using Company entertainment.
    Wedding Planner refers to planners contracting entertainment for private or luxury weddings.
    Artist or Performer refers to dancers, musicians, actors, models, circus artists, entertainers, or freelancers engaged by the Company.
    Event refers to any performance, activation, appearance, or entertainment service.
    Agreement refers to any written contract, quotation, invoice, acceptance email, or digital confirmation.

  3. General Terms of Use
    All bookings, services, and agreements are subject to availability and written confirmation.
    Any verbal communication is considered non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
    By booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms.
    The Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms without prior notice.
    All operations follow UAE laws including DTCM, MOHRE, civil liability, VAT, and public performance regulations.

  4. Booking Terms for All Clients
    A booking is only confirmed once written acceptance and partial or full payment are received.
    Prices are based on performance type, duration, availability, complexity, and scheduling.
    Changes on the event day may incur additional charges.
    The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue is prepared for entertainment and meets technical, staging, and safety requirements.
    The Company is not responsible for delays caused by late venue access, technical issues, or miscommunication from the Client side.

  5. Special Terms for VIP Clients and High-Profile Guests
    Manoth Entertainment follows strict confidentiality, privacy, and discretion for VIP bookings.
    No photos, videos, or social media may be taken or shared by performers unless explicitly approved by the Client.
    Performers must not approach VIP guests unless instructed by the Company or event manager.
    Custom entertainment, special choreography, and tailored concepts may require higher fees.
    Security protocols, access restrictions, and safety instructions from VIP teams must be respected at all times.
    The Company may request additional information to prepare performers for sensitive, high-profile environments.

  6. Terms for Hotels, Luxury Venues, and Hospitality Groups
    Recurring entertainment, residency shows, or long-term arrangements require a monthly or seasonal agreement.
    Venues must provide safe changing facilities, private resting space, and proper technical setup.
    Venues must comply with all UAE entertainment permit requirements.
    Any show cancellations by the venue within 7 days are chargeable in full.
    The venue is responsible for ensuring guest behavior remains respectful towards performers.
    Any damage to props, costumes, or equipment caused by venue conditions is billable.

  7. Terms for Wedding Planners and Private Event Organizers
    Wedding entertainment must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.
    Custom choreography, costume design, or concept creation will involve additional preparation fees.
    Last-minute time changes, location shifts, or delays caused by photography or schedule rearrangements may incur overtime fees.
    Outdoor weddings must ensure a weather-safe environment for performers and equipment.
    The Company may refuse performances if the stage or floor is unsafe (wet, slippery, unstable, uneven).

  8. Deposits and Payments
    Deposits are required to secure all bookings.
    Full payment must be completed before the event unless agreed otherwise.
    Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, payment link, or approved digital method.
    Late payments may result in service suspension.
    Events will not proceed without cleared payments.

  9. Invoicing
    All invoices are issued under Manoth Entertainment.
    VAT applies where required under UAE regulations.
    Clients must provide correct billing details including name, company name, and TRN if applicable.
    Invoices cannot be amended after issuance except for regulatory compliance.

  10. Cancellations and Refund Policy
    Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for partial credit (not refunds).
    Cancellations within 7 days are chargeable at 100 percent.
    Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
    Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
    If a performer becomes unavailable due to emergency, the Company will arrange a replacement but refunds will not be issued.
    If the event is cancelled due to venue non-compliance, lack of permits, or safety concerns, all payments remain due.

  11. Safety and Conduct
    The Client must ensure a safe, respectful environment for performers.
    No performer may be touched, harassed, filmed, or approached for personal reasons.
    The Company may withdraw performers if safety is compromised.
    The venue must manage crowd control and prevent inappropriate behavior.
    Shows may be paused or stopped if required for performer safety or technical issues.

  12. Performer Responsibilities
    Performers must arrive on time, ready, and follow Company rules.
    Performers may not negotiate directly with the Client.
    Any misconduct, lateness, or unapproved absence is a breach of contract.
    Performers must maintain confidentiality concerning clients, venues, and internal operations.

  13. Company Rights
    The Company may use event footage for marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
    The Company may assign, subcontract, or replace performers if necessary.
    The Company may refuse or cancel bookings that conflict with UAE laws or safety protocols.
    Entertainment concepts, costumes, and choreography remain the Company’s intellectual property.

  14. Intellectual Property
    All creative materials, concepts, costumes, scripts, characters, and performance formats belong to Manoth Entertainment.
    Clients may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or recreate any entertainment element without written authorization.

  15. Non-Solicitation
    Clients, venues, agencies, or wedding planners may not hire or attempt to hire performers directly for 24 months after any event.
    Breach of this condition results in a penalty equal to twice the annual value of the performer’s typical contract.

  16. Equipment and Damage
    Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests or venue staff to Company equipment, costumes, or props.
    Performers must return all Company property after each performance.

  17. Privacy and GDPR-Style Compliance
    Manoth Entertainment collects only the data necessary to provide services.
    Types of collected data include names, emails, phone numbers, company details, event information, and payment details.
    Data is used for booking management, invoicing, operations, and communication.
    No personal data is sold or shared for marketing without explicit consent.
    Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
    The Company uses secure systems and reasonable measures to protect client data.
    Communications may be stored for quality or safety review.
    Clients may request to opt-out of marketing at any time.
    Data is retained only for as long as needed for operational, regulatory, and legal obligations.

  18. Force Majeure
    The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, illness, government restrictions, or any event outside reasonable control.

  19. Liability
    The Company is not liable for any indirect loss, emotional distress, business loss, or damages caused by venue conditions.
    Clients are responsible for the structural and operational safety of the venue.
    The Company is not liable for malfunctions of equipment provided by the venue or third parties.

  20. Contracting
    All clients and performers must sign an Agreement outlining responsibilities, fees, and scope.
    The signed Agreement overrides any conflicting earlier communication.
    Contracts may include additional custom clauses depending on venue type, complexity, or client category.

  21. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes must first be addressed through internal negotiation.
    Unresolved matters fall under UAE law and the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
